Food charities set to benefit from $1 million fund

Thousands of food charity recipients are set to benefit from a charitable initiative which will see $1 million allocated to community organisations that help a range of health, cultural, environment, education and other causes. An online platform has been launched which allows Kiwis to vote for the charities they feel are most deserving of funding, which will benefit their local community. Marlborough Wines conquer Cook Strait

Nearly 40 yachts raced across Cook Strait to deliver 29 Marlborough wines to the Capital in the WineWorks Wine Race. Kiwi cat owners among world’s most generous - research

Kiwi cats are some of the world’s most spoilt according to new research, which shows two thirds (66%) of NZ cat owners buy their feline friends, weekly treats, birthday, Christmas and even Easter gifts.
