Young chef dishes up Australasia’s Best Savoury

A young Christchurch chef served up the best savoury dish as voted by judges at the Fonterra Foodservices Proud to be a Chef Australasian final in Melbourne earlier this month. International award for online food safety resource

An open source Food Safety Knowledge Network devised by a Massey University Professor has won a major international award for improving food safety practices in developing countries.
