The Silver Fern Farms Select Partnership brings together a curated group of chefs from across New Zealand, whose understanding and respect for Silver Fern Farms’ premium products along with their depth of knowledge, skills and expertise create unforgettable red meat dining experiences.
The Silver Fern Farms Select Partnership offers the chosen chefs the opportunity to collaborate more closely with Silver Fern Farms on their shared passion for food over the next year, with a number of tailored benefits to the chef, their staff and their restaurant on offer.
Silver Fern Farms’ vision is inspirational food created by passionate people. The respected New Zealand chefs that have been selected for the programme have displayed the depth of their creativity and artistry through their success in the Silver Fern Farms Restaurant Awards.
The Silver Fern Farms Select Partnership opens the door to further understanding the dynamic nature of dining trends and will uncover new opportunities for innovation to meet the high expectations of discerning diners with Silver Fern Farms premium quality, naturally raised grass-fed beef, lamb and venison.
Through the new programme, the Select Partners will meet with Silver Fern Farmers, to see their passion for their land, animals and food. Chefs can also share this experience with their staff, encouraging development of the young talent in the industry and with diners who care where their food comes from.
